What's the Bomber Story?

Bomber has been in business longer than most people think. The owner, Fin Doyle, has been making bindings since 1993. First working in the garage and out of his bedroom, the bindings were going out the door and onto the snow. Bomber started because he saw a need for a carving binding that wouldn't break (Fin's background is Mechanical Engineering). He would watch these poor racer guys go down the hill and suddenly one foot would be seperate from the board! That certainly makes for a gruesome story when you are doing 45 down an icy race course.

In 1999, Bomber moved to a new location and started www.bomberonline.com. This was as much to promote the sport as our binding. The Bomberonline.com site as well as the SES is dedicated to promoting and growing the sport of Hard Boot or Carving Snowboarding. We see a growth every year with new people converting all the time. Bomber is also still growing, and Fin is working very hard every year on R&D for new cool stuff to make the binding work better for all of you. Brian works 10 grueling hours every day in our shop to make sure each and every piece of your new Bomber binding is made to perfection.

We definitely strive for making customer service our Number 1 priority. Michelle spends all of her spare time answering phones and filling orders (or so she swears). We know you have questions, and we don't mind answering them. Give us a call or email, and give us your input (good or bad!). If the product doesn't work, then no one will ride it. What fun is that?
